How To Get Traffic on Blog

In this post i am going to explain how to increase traffic on your blog post, after publishing more then 50 posts on my blog, i realize one thing that i am just writing and publishing new posts and my posts are not getting good traffic from search engines and then i started searching on Google and i found a lot of interesting tips to increase traffic on my each individual blog post, so i  was decided to share these tips with our loyal readers. 

Add Proper Post Title

Writing of post title is one of the most important aspect of SEO, you should have to take some time to find out the best title for your post, Go to Google Keyword Tool and write the main keywords or phrase of your post and find out what people are searching most of your keyword for an example if your going to write about 'Tips to Get More Traffic on Your blog' write the same in Google Keyword Tool and it will suggest you most searchable keywords and phrase related with your title.

In the above screenshot, there is four titles suggested by Google, now first one is 'buy traffic' which is entirely different from our post theme and second one is 'how to get traffic' which is better and 1,600 peoples search it monthly and third one is 'how to increase website traffic' and only 590 people search for it and fourth one is 'increase traffic to blog' and 320 people search for this title now i think second one is better then all, because most 1,600 people search for this every month and its the most searchable title among all the above.

Hope you got my point, our main focus is on the proper title most searchable title and it should be related with your post. 

After selecting the title, second step is proper heading by tags H1,H2 and H3, use H1 tag in your main title of post and H2 tag in header under the post you can also find the example above is the header 'Add Proper Post Title'  and these headers should contain main keywords of your post.

Write unique content don't copy paste anything from other websites or blogs, write in your own words and before publishing your post read it at least 3 times and ask yourself is the post contain any thing helpful for your post readers if yes then publish it otherwise make it more helpful and then publish.

Add Proper Image Tags

Always add two or three images in your post and properly add the tags to the image for an example if you capture a new photo from your camera it will save as like D3010101.jpg better is rename the photo with main title of your post and then upload and after it add alt='' tags into the URL of your post hope you know about it.

Make a short video of your post

make a short video and in the video explain the same as in the post and upload it on YouTube and add proper tags related with your video and insert your post link in the description of video saying for more visit my blog.

Write Related Articles

write articles related with your blog post, it should contain at least 200 to 300   words  and only write in your own words and then publish them into the most famous article directories like Ezine etc, and in the bottom of each article insert your post link with anchor text of your main title like this for more tips on how to get traffic please visit (Here Your Post URL).

Comments on other related posts

Now this is one of the most important step, go to commentluv and subscribe to get access insert your email address and click submit and then go to your mail box and confirm the link.

After confirming your email address, refresh the previous commentluv page and it will redirect you to the search box llike below screenshot.

Now this is it, search related posts and it will show you hundreds of recent posts open at least 7 posts one by one and comment on them.

Note: Don't comment like Great article, or nice post i like it it will not be approve by admin comment should look like genuine ask a question related with post from the admin before publishing any comment read it again and again and ask yourself will admin approve it if yes publish it if no change it and again ask.

Bookmark Your Blog Post

Bookmark your blog post in top ten bookmarking sites, and also share your post one the best 3 social networking sites  i-e. Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus.

Within 2 or 3 weeks you will be amazed looking at the visitors of your post, this is the magic tip i just love it, it may be take a little time but this is the real way to get traffic

Submit Your Blog Into Search Engines

If you want to get traffic from search engines you should have to submit your blog into three main search engines including Google, MSN and Yahoo, and other small search engines will auto submit your blog because they use the Google database hope you understand here is how to submit.

Start using social media be social , create a page on Facebook and add a like box in your blog to make your readers your blog fan, create an account on twitter and follow others and also add a follow me badge into your blog this is very nice practice to get high ranking in Google and also boost your blog traffic and also use new social networking sites like Google Plus is must because Google's algorithm is now also depending upon how many people recommend your post through Google plus will get more ranking if your post has more recommendations also use Pinterest,Myspace,hi5.

Now here you will find a option of Switch to advanced settings click it now it will show another box the image below 

write your domain name in the box like the image above the arrow is showing the box, write your domain name in the box and then click save button, now it will ask you to verify your authority to this domain and it will ask you to add two new cname in your domain DNS setting and it will also give you two cname to add. 

this is the example of what to add in cname.

Now Go to the website where your domain is registered and then go to the DNS (Domain Name System) setting and create two new CNAMEs, one with name = www and  destination = ghs.google.com now create another CNAME and add the code below the 1.www see the image above blogger will show different code to different users so you will get your own unique code just copy it and paste it in name and add another code to destination better is learn how to Create CNAME for your custom domain after you added two CNAMEs come back to your blogger home > your blog > Setting where you will find the publishing option click on switch to advanced setting and write your domain name and save it and blogger will say you it will take 24 hours to redirect your .blogspot to your custom domain.

Few Suggestions on What to Write About for Your Blog

Since last 2 months i was very upset about what to write in my blog to get more traffic, still my blog have only 250 page views per day, till yet i have published almost 50 Unique Article on different niches but one thing i realize today is what i was written there is a lot of many other articles on same niche and written by experienced bloggers then why Google show my blog post instead of them.

What i have learned

Don't write about same niche again and again before writing on any keyword or anything first search it on Google and check the top ten search results and  open all results and read all one by one and then ask yourself can you write more clearly then those top 10 search results, almost the answer is no because there is a lot of stuff already posted on the same keyword avoid writing on same topics again and again try to write something new search for it ask yourself for a while about what to write search for users need, start keyword research on Google keyword tool, think 100 times before publishing any article if you publish something new in market it will boost automatically and get high ranking within few months this is what real SEO is but if you write on same topics again and again in result no ranking and no traffic and you make yourself disappoint.

What To Write 

It is really very difficult question for everyone but if you be relax for a while and think you will get the answer because only you know about yourself and what you can write don't be upset, below is suggestions for you on what to write.

In the beginning write about low keywords in result you will get good response from search engines because there is low competition for the keyword your writing and you will get good traffic not much more but a little traffic because it is beginning when your blog readers love your content they will share it all over the internet and you will get natural backlinks and your site will improve ranking, after it write about medium keywords and then write high keywords its like a chain, if you start writing about high competitive keywords from the beginning you will not get good response and you will be upset and after all you will delete your website.
