Why Your Google Adsense Application is Disapproved

Today, i got a mail from Google adsense they disapproved my application because i am not eligible to apply again, before 4 months my another adsense account was disbaled due to some problem with my website so when i again apply for Google adsense with same address they first accept my request and after 2 days they disapproved my application it says
""While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account. Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. ""


 If same thing is happened with you change the address of your account and then apply for Google adsense program, also read 4 basic tips to get approved in Google adsense program
