Payment Process
there is two types of payment methods fixed and hourly, fixed means any contractor will post a job and describe the job's price for an example i posted a job and describe its price to 80$ Fixed, when you complete the job contractor will send you money through the freelance platform account.
hourly payment method is more secure and reliable then fixed, you will get money in your account of each minute you work and in fixed price job its depends upon contractor either he or she is giving you money or run away.
Withdraw Process
You can withdraw your money at any time you want through bank transfer, paypal, moneybooker.
My Freelance Experience
